Main Responsibilities

• Support the global R&D digital and AI strategy aiming to double the success rate of therapeutic projects and reduce time‑to‑market.
• Role embedded within the Digital, Data & AI (DDAI) department to accompany therapeutic areas in digital transformation.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow‑up of the digital & AI roadmap for therapeutic projects.
• Gather needs from therapeutic areas and translate them into actionable items for the DDAI roadmap.
• Maximize the value delivered by DDAI through strategic alignment and continuous coordination.
• Support teams in adopting digital tools and contributing to transformation goals.
• Participate in strategic discussions across DDAI (data, digital, AI) and ensure alignment with therapeutic area priorities.
• Prepare and monitor project indicators, milestones, risks, and communication materials.
• Organize and animate regular governance meetings to track initiative progress.
• Facilitate collaboration between R&D teams, digital teams, and external partners.
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency and decision‑making across R&D.

Requirements:
About You

• Experience: Min 5 years of experience in project management as PMO.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical R&D environment, Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI operations in pharma, Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Education: Master's degree in science or medical field preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in French & English
