What You´ll Do

• Support the governance and coordination of R&D projects in line with PMO processes, project management methodologies, and financial standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal project and finance procedures, as well as relevant reporting standards.
• Maintain and update project data within Microsoft Dynamics ERP, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze project information, including schedules, budgets, costs, forecasts, and resource data.
• Monitor financial status and project performance indicators to assess and visualize overall project health.
• Prepare regular detailed reports and dashboards for project teams, management, and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, deviations, and financial impacts.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Finance, and R&D teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support decision-making by providing insights into project trends, budget adherence, and potential issues requiring escalation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting tools, and project controls.

Requirements:
What You’ll Need

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong familiarity with PMO processes for R&D projects.
• Good understanding of project management and finance standards, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to gather, structure, and analyze both project and financial data.
• Capable of creating clear visualizations and dashboards to present the health status of projects.
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed reports on a regular basis.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, project, and finance stakeholders.
• Good knowledge in PowerBi and MS office toolset
