Project Management Office & Hybrid/Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Your mission:
• Project & Product Excellence

• Maintain project governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio oversight.

• Support prioritization, resource planning, risk management, and implementation of project management frameworks and tools.

• Provide leadership transparency through dashboards and status reporting.

• Agile & Hybrid Delivery Coaching

• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth program execution.

• Align Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders on collaboration and communication.

• Planning, Controlling & Delivery

• Monitor project progress, quality control, audits, and assessments.

• Lead project reviews, design reviews, releases, and testing activities.

• Support defect management, problem resolution, and risk mitigation.

• Leadership & Customer Interface

• Lead project teams, define roles, and ensure clear communication across interfaces.

• Represent the project internally and with customers, maintaining strong relationships.

• Maintain accessible project records and drive continuous improvement.

• Finance & Technical Development

• Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality targets while optimizing profitability.

• Support technical development, industrialization, and variant management.

• Coordinate customer requirements and timelines with internal development.

Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.

• Proven project management experience (aviation or related industry).

• Proven project leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.

• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery; coaching teams and managing dependencies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including customer-facing experience.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

• Experience supporting technical development, testing, and industrialization.
