About the Internship:

Lakshya is offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in project coordination within the 3D Game Art production domain. During this internship, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, risk assessment, team interaction, and understanding the end-to-end game art creation pipeline.

The intern will work closely with Project Managers and Leads, contributing to various phases of the project lifecycle, and will be trained on industry tools and practices.

Requirements:
1. Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk planning
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Understanding of 3D game art creation pipeline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a project coordinator (preferred for advanced interns or post-internship roles)

3. Communication

• Strong verbal communication skills for internal coordination
• Good written communication to document updates, feedback, and follow-ups
• Ability to close communication loops and ensure alignment with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing and understanding client requirements
• Support in scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely progress on assigned tasks
• Maintain updated records of feedback, plans, and communication logs
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely deliveries
• Archive final project files and assist in retrospective analysis
• Support the Project Manager in quality control and process improvements
• Act as a backup coordinator during PM absence
• Maintain open communication with team members to support project needs
