Project management: Implement SE-Agile methodology for New projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget to realize project key deliverables. Localization projects completed as per project premises Lead time for localization project realization

Process management:&#xa0;Plan and monitor Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass. Plan and formulate capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix.&#xa0;Operational excellence in 8 weeks : Overall Equipment Efficiency > 80%, Internal Defect Cost<1 % and '0' customer incidents

Team management:&#xa0;Establish RASIC of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN (International Production Network ) & provide Guidance & monitor in Industrialization phase and enhance competence through a training plan for SE team members.&#xa0;Simultaneous Engineering (SE) maturity value of SE team

Digitalization:&#xa0;Promote and implement digital transformation in all industrialization projects.&#xa0;Number of Digitalization projects implemented (No of solutions to improve processess, Saved Man-hrs, feedback from stakeholders)

Knowledge :&#xa0;

• Proficient in manufacturing process knowledge base with core, key and standard processes
• Proficient knowledge in problems solving tools
• Advanced Knowledge on Financial management & Digitalisation tools are preferred
• Advanced knowledge about PFMEA,Process capability,8D for problem solving , etc.

Functional Skills:&#xa0;

• Advanced knowledge in Project management tools & techniques
• Competent in Risk evaluation & deriving mitigation plans
• Competent in formal & informal communication structures to understand team perspectives & drive excellent results
• Competent to manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge in managing projects using SE agile scrum approach / methods

• BE (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
• PMP Certification/Agile Scrum Master (Desirable)

Experience:&#xa0;

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing process in term of Project coordination,
• Change management, Supplier coordination in terms of budget and timing
• Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topic

• Basics know how of various controllers
• Knowledge on Machine, Process capability and SPC.
• Experience in Assembly processes (e.g Screwing, Pressing, Crimping, measurement systems, Ultrasonic welding, Leakage testing ( Pneumatic and Hydraulic), LASER welding, Camera vision systems, Injection molding etc..)
• Knowledge & experience in I 4.0 concepts
• Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D , PSS , Shianin ,Six sigma, DOE,etc.
• Low cost automation
• Basics&#xa0; knowledge&#xa0; of SAP
• Machine commissioning
• Data analytics skills ( MES, MAS, Tableau, Power BI, Python)
• Camera Vision software programming (Cognex, Keyance, Neurocheck, Omron, AI based vision system)
• Well know how of Hydraulic and Pneumatic system
• Hands on skills for fine machine component alignment
• POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
• Know how about Industrial Engineering ( MTM, Ergo checks)
