Project Management Coordinator (English Speaking) (M/F/D)

The Project Management Coordinator should be one of the faces of the team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterating on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly, and this position is the architect behind this delivery.

Location: Aveiro, Portugal

That’s what it’s about:
• Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders. 
• Logging of team, project, and customer appointments. 
• Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings. 
• Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders. 
• Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets). 
• Capture project status and metrics for presentation to both the client and the team. 
• Support in meeting timelines/deadlines. 
• Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects.

This is you:
• Initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.B. team assistant, project assistant, project management). 
• Already part of a technical project team. 
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. 
• Knowledge of modern development methods (e.B. Scrum, Kanban). Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Fluent in English.
