Your Mission:
You bring structure, clarity, and reliability into complex industrial projects. Depending on your profile, you will:• Support program and project managers in large industrial environments
• Build transparency across timelines, risks, budgets, and resources
• Prepare structured management documentation
• Support governance and PMO activities
• Ensure operational stability in project coordination
You act as a structural backbone for industrial delivery.
Your Tasks:
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support risk tracking and issue management
• Structure timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare presentations and decision templates for management
• Support coordination between engineering, management, and consulting teams
• Maintain transparency across tools and systems
Optional (depending on seniority):• Take ownership of defined workstreams
• Lead smaller coordination units
• Contribute to PMO structure development
• Support process optimization within internal operations
Working Model:
• Based in Pune (India)
• Close collaboration with German-speaking project leads
• Hybrid working model
• Strong integration with the Execution & Delivery cluster
• Long-term perspective in building the India Engineering Hub
Your Profil:
Experience• Background in project coordination, PMO, or structured operational roles
• Experience working with German-speaking stakeholders
• Experience in industrial or engineering-related environments preferred
Skills• Strong organizational and structuring skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Confident in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Clear communication skills in German (minimum B2/C1) and English
