Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to lead client projects on a contract basis. You will guide initiatives from planning through execution, serving as the primary lead for project delivery. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in independent, client-focused work, managing multiple projects across industries while leveraging the support and resources of a trusted consulting partner.

While this role operates in a hybrid work model, consultants and advisors are expected to attend client sites when required to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshops, or other client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for client engagements, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Support proposal development and project scoping, providing insights on feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within project management workflows.

Who You Are

• A seasoned project management professional with consulting or professional services experience.

• Skilled in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

• Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships and align teams.

• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).

• Certified (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or willing to obtain certifications.
