Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support planning and coordination of the projects for Data, Analytics and AI Services organization initiatives, including platform enablement, engineering delivery, and migration activities
• Track delivery status, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring visibility and timely follow‑up
• Support onboarding of team members and vendors into project cadence and execution processes
• Maintain and report on financials, especially financial spend, budget vs actual, mid-year forecast, miscellaneous items etc.
• Collect team’s resource data, including FTE and contractors, on a regular basis and generate reports on new hire/termination/open positions, total headcounts, etc.
• Perform/assist in various other tasks related to administration, such as org chart maintenance, skill inventory, meeting minutes, seat management, internship program, FTE and contractor hiring process, etc.
• Support regional employee engagement activities and team building planning and execution.
• Participate data operation team’s routine SOP tasks and exception handling.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in project administration, delivery coordination, or operation, preferably within technology or data initiatives
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain structured project documentation
• Experience working in an enterprise or regulated environment preferred
