• Manage the Right of Way (ROW) application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely approvals.
• Oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) application and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate site access and construction activities.
• Handle the Development Order (DO) application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted to consultant for local authorities’ submission
• Liaise with various local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution, including but not limited to environmental, building, and operational permits.
• Ensure compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to gather required information and documentation for permit applications.
• Monitor and track the status of all permit applications and approvals, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Identify potential regulatory risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays in the permitting process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in local regulations, policies, and procedures that may impact the project approvals.
• Support project management teams in resolving any permitting-related challenges that arise during project execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in permitting, regulatory approvals, or project coordination within the renewable energy or construction industry
• Strong understanding of local authority processes and requirements related to ROW, PTW, and DO applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites and local authorities as required
