Job Description

What you will do
Planning, monitoring and implementation of (construction) engineering projects at the NEXPERIA site in Hamburg independently (e.g., roofs and structures of production and office buildings, sanitary and sewage systems, roads, and green spaces)
Development and execution of maintenance and modernization measures for existing buildings and facilities, taking into account economic, scheduling, and quality objectives
Creation and implementation of maintenance and servicing concepts for structural facilities
Monitoring of construction projects, execution quality, and deadlines of subcontractors
Planning and monitoring of standard services for the property in accordance with customer contracts and legal regulations for compliance with operator obligations.
Structural engineering support/ processing of subprojects (installation planning, foundations, substructures, etc.) in the area of new construction/conversion and operation of infrastructure and generation facilities.
What you will need
University degree in a technical field (preferably civil engineering or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation (HVAC) technology) or comparable qualification
Min 5 years of professional experience in the field of construction engineering and technical building management, depending on the level of education attained
Communication skills and organizational talent
Experience in managing and implementing construction projects
In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations in construction law as well as the relevant technical standards and the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)
Business fluent German and good English skills

Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Überwachung und Umsetzung von (bau)technischen Projekten am NEXPERIA Standort Hamburg (z.B. Dach und Fach von Produktions- und Bürogebäuden, Sanitär- und Abwassersysteme sowie Straßen und Grünanlagen)
Erarbeitung und Abwicklung von Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen existierender Gebäude und Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
Erstellung und Implementierung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungskonzepten für bauliche Anlagen
Überwachung von Bauvorhaben, Ausführungsqualitäten und Fristen der Nachunternehmer
Planung und Überwachung der Regelleistungen für das Objekt gemäß den Kundenverträgen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften zur Einhaltung der Betreiberpflichten.
Bautechnische Unterstützung / Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten (Aufstellplanung, Fundamente, Unterkonstruktionen etc.) im Bereich Neubau/Umbau und Betrieb von Infrastruktur- und Erzeugungsanlagen.
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich (vorzugsweise Bautechnik oder Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär (HKLS) Technik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bautechnik und Technisches Gebäudemanagement, in Abhängigkeit des erreichten Bildungsabschlusses
Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent
Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Bauprojekten
Fundiertes Wissen über einschlägige gesetzliche Regelwerke im Baurecht sowie der relevanten technischen Normen und der HOAI
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
