We're on a mission to grow Rewire's business by leaps and bounds, and we're looking for a Project Leader to help us reach our goals. You'll have the incredible opportunity to guide data and AI projects, lead small teams, and ensure impactful results for our valued clients. Your role is going to be amazing! You'll get to manage the day-to-day execution of transformation projects or act as a project streamlead, while also deepening your own expertise and contributing to Rewire's thought leadership in the industry.

Where you’ll make a difference

• Lead impactful AI projects for one of our clients – from framing the challenge to delivering AI-driven solutions that unlock business value

• Drive analytical problem-solving, AI solution integration, and output quality within your workstream – leveraging both technology and business acumen to holistically connect solutions with real-world impact

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – working alongside senior experts and more-junior data scientists to ensure effective delivery

• Foster the growth of 1-3 junior team members – providing day-to-day guidance, sharing knowledge, and creating space for learning on the job

• Build strong relationships with your direct client counterparts – manage the daily collaboration, ensure alignment, and contribute to compelling client presentations

• Contribute to the advancement of our data & AI capabilities – by enhancing methodologies, developing new ideas, and helping shape our intellectual property through hands-on project work
