Project Lead - OpenText Archiving

Location: Noida/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune

Role Overview:

The OpenText Archiving Lead will be responsible for coordinating and steering the technical rollout of our global archiving solution. This role requires strong communication, project management skills, and technical expertise in OpenText and integration concepts to ensure seamless deployment and operation of the archiving system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Lead the technical rollout of the global OpenText archiving solution, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in OpenText archiving solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with existing HR IT systems.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tool teams to ensure seamless integration of OpenText archiving solutions, enhancing document management capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that the archiving solution complies with global/local IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, maintaining audit-proof systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, focusing on the effectiveness of the archiving solution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to OpenText archiving integrations, configurations, and compliance standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams, facilitating smooth adoption and utilization of the archiving solution.

Skills and Qualifications:

• OpenText Expertise: Proven experience with OpenText archiving solutions, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
• Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI, formerly CPI) or similar platforms.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful rollout and implementation of IT solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, with experience in ensuring compliance and security.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, driving collaboration and consensus among diverse groups.
