Why we are looking for support:
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (m/f/d) to lead complex IT projects and drive impactful client engagements. You will take ownership to end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and experience in the Consumer Goods industry.

Your tasks:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from scoping to implementation and closure
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning
• Act as the primary point of contact for the internal team, clients and stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional, international teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project management methodologies, governance, and best practices
• Drive requirements engineering and alignment between business and technical teams
• Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Lead workshops, steering committees, and status reporting
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for clients

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
• Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
• Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience working in remote and international environments
• Fluent in English
• Italian is a plus
• Multilingual background is a strong advantage

Nice to Have:
• language skills, e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish
