• Selbstständige Planung und Abwicklung von Infrastrukturvorhaben und -projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Kunden
• Entwicklung technischer Infrastrukturkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Sicherheitsstandards
• Koordination und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projektteams sowie Planung und Verteilung von Arbeitspaketen
• Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Workshops und Meetings
• Analyse von Anforderungen und transparente Dokumentation aller Projektphasen zur Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
• Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken
• Laufende Optimierung bestehender Infrastruktur und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien
• Verantwortung für administrative Projektmanagement-Agenden wie Terminpläne, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Statusberichte und Projektdokumentationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/UNI) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Projektmanagement Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement erforderlich
• Betriebserfahrung in Konzern- und großen IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, Jira sowie Confluence
• Basiskenntnisse in IT Security – Themen wünschenswert
• Zertifizierungen z.B. IPMA Level C oder B von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke – Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen globaler Projekte
• Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten zur Unterstützung weltweiter Projektteams

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 4.355 / Monat anzuführen. Wir bieten jedoch in jedem Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung!
