We are seeking a Project Information Specialist to support complex, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and rail projects. This role focuses on managing project documentation, information systems, reporting, and coordination across engineering, construction, and client stakeholders

• Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with contractual requirements,
• Ensure document QA/QC, version control, metadata accuracy, and compliance with naming conventions and client standards.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distributions across internal teams and external partners.
• Support change management activities by maintaining logs, tracking impacts, and supporting reporting needs.
• Coordinate with design leads to support specification development in alignment with CSI frameworks.
• Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary work packages to ensure timely information flow and alignment.

Minimum Requirements: 

• BA/BS and four years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in project information management, document control, project controls, or engineering support roles on infrastructure, rail, or capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing project documentation and reporting in large, regulated project environments.
• Understanding of project delivery processes, schedules, and cost tracking interfaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
