A key element to this role will be co-ordination with project managers, stakeholders, vendors, and other PMO’s on management of invoices, budget and cost tracking.
Responsibilities:
• Track and review invoicing from vendors, facilitate client re-billing via complex tracking of multiple source documents. Familiarity with excel is essential.
• Acts as liaison with other finance teams, procurement, vendors and project managers.
• Maintain and deliver monthly and quarterly Project Office executive reports to Management including appropriate metrics ( Status, Progress, SLA’s) via executive reporting from applicable tools such as SharePoint, and MS Office suite
• Create and enhance as required executive reporting via industry standard toolsets such Power BI, utilisation of SQL in reporting development an advantage.
• Support Project resource tracking and planning at a resource and project level via planned and actual time reporting. Support Resource Capacity and Planning for Projects across a large team
• Maintenance of procedure documents as required
Knowledge and Competency Requirements:
• Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
• University Degree in relevant field
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to concisely and accurately summarise complex issues in written form.
• React dynamically to changing priorities
• Typically candidate will have approximately 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Accurate, Precise and Organised with Strong problem solving skills.
• Team Oriented, Enthusiastic
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through
