Project Engineer (Workplace Technology Solutions)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the delivery of Workplace Technology Solutions across client environments. This role involves on-site project execution, technical coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of integrated workplace systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery for Workplace Technology Solutions, including AV, IT infrastructure, unified communications, and smart workplace systems
• Work on-site at client locations to oversee installations, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide implementation and ensure alignment with design specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct site surveys, assessments, and documentation of technical requirements
• Ensure all installations comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
• Perform system testing, integration, and user acceptance support (UAT)
• Provide technical support during and post-deployment
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Workplace Technology Solutions, AV systems, or IT infrastructure projects
• Must have experience working on-site at client locations in a project delivery capacity
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workplace technologies
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, AV systems, and integrated technologies

• Experience with systems such as video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), access control, or IoT workplace solutions
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
