The Project Engineer role is an early-career position with strong growth opportunity within Lehman Daman.

Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators by assisting with:

Ensuring strict adherence to Lehman Daman safety practices and procedures.

Communicating with subcontractors and vendors throughout the bidding process

Developing project scopes of work.

Planning and implementing project activities.

Managing and organizing project documentation, including safety records, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close-out documents, and meeting minutes.

Subcontractor and superintendent coordination.

Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or Superintendents, including out of state.

Qualifications:

Proficient in computer and smartphone use, with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsive and able to address requests from customers and field leadership promptly.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Capable of working independently in a remote or field-based setting.

Demonstrates a growth mindset and maintains a positive attitude.

1-2 years of construction experience is preferred.

Associate degree or higher in construction, engineering, or a related field required.
