To plan, coordinate and monitor all site activities related to interior fit-out works; ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the installation of all the MEP, IT / AV & Kitchen works in close coordination with the architectural works and ensure all activities strictly comply with the approved safe work method statements/step-by-step technical procedures ensuring safe and correct installation
• Validate all the MEP materials (wires, cables, switchgears, HVAC/ELV components, pipes, equipments) match the approved technical specifications
• Facilitate site team with appropriate coordination ensuring timely resolution of the clashes of various MEP services/architectural elements and ensuring the design intent is achieved
• Witness and approve testing and commissioning of all MEP, IT / AV & Kitchen services – such as air balancing, electrical load testing,  pressure tests and other activities - before the project is handed over to the client
• Identify and document defects ("snags") in all above systems pre-handover and track their rectification/ closure within strict timelines
•  Enforce site-specific safety protocols, such as LOTOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out and Test-Out) procedures for all the works
• Lead technical walkthroughs with the client or their representative (FM) to demonstrate that all systems (HVAC, Fire, Electrical) are fully functional
• Track variations or additional works for commercial evaluation.
• Shall Coordinate with Facility Management Team for system handover to operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience:
• 6 – 8 years in corporate interior fit-outs
• Experienced in independently executing projects of 30,000 Sft. and above
Technical Proficiency:
AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.
Soft Skills: Vendor Management, Vendor Coordination, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution.
