Für unseren Standort Büchen (Metropolregion Hamburg) suchen wir einen erfahrenen Project Engineer (m/w/d) Liquid Food mit technischem Tiefgang und Projektverantwortung.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Ihre Verantwortung – Engineering mit Wirkung

• Verfahrenstechnische Auslegung und Planung von Liquid-Food-Prozessanlagen
• Erstellung und Optimierung von P&IDs, Funktionsbeschreibungen und technischen Spezifikationen
• Auswahl, Spezifikation und technische Bewertung von Komponenten (Tanks, Pumpen, Ventile, Wärmetauscher, MSR-Technik)
• Technische Angebotsprüfung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Konstruktion (2D/3D) und Software
• Technische & kaufmännische Projektleitung inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Schnittstellenmanagement
• Betreuung von FAT, Inbetriebnahmen (Commissioning) und Kundenabnahmen – national & international
• Mitwirkung bei Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Kundenkommunikation

Your Profile / Qualifications

Ihr Profil – das zeichnet Sie aus

• Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Biotechnologie oder Chemieingenieurwesen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessanlagenbau / Lebensmittelanlagenbau / Dairy oder Beverage Engineering
• Praxis in P&ID-Erstellung, MSR-Technik, Rohrleitungs- & Komponenten-Spezifikation
• Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Teilprojektleitung wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und internationale Reisebereitschaft
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office / Excel, AutoCAD von Vorteil
