Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Project Engineer to join our Heavy Civil division. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, site development, utilities, earthwork, and roadway improvements. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of heavy civil construction projects including roadways, bridges, underground utilities, grading, and concrete structures.
Support project management teams with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and cost tracking.
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Track project quantities, production rates, and material deliveries to maintain project progress and efficiency.
Assist in maintaining project schedules and support monthly progress reporting.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
Support project close-out activities including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction or related infrastructure projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with roadway, bridge, utility, excavation, grading, or concrete projects is preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
