We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex engineering Infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents
• Conduct complex engineering analyses and provide innovative solutions to challenging problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Participate in business development activities and client presentations
• Optimize engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards and procedures within the organization

 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Bridge Maintenance Projects especially in Expansion Joints & Bearings
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects
• Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and UAE regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and design of infrastructure systems is a plus
