The Sago Project Engagement Coordinator is motivated, curious, thoughtful, kind, tenacious and above all else, a team player.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and carry out creative recruitment strategies to attract participants for Clinical and Tobacco research projects.
• Partner with project teams to understand target audiences and ensure recruitment aligns with client needs.
• Coordinate campaigns to generate qualified leads and meet weekly/monthly recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with the Project Engagement Manager on referral campaigns, grassroots outreach, and social media initiatives to grow the participant panel.
• Screen potential candidates to ensure they are qualified and a good fit for projects.
• Work closely with peers and leadership to solve challenges, meet deadlines, and support overall recruitment efforts.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to drive recruitment success and panel growth.
Requirements:
• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience working in a market research environment or combined coordinator or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative recruitment methodologies. Vendor coordination or management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workload and capacity with little to no supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Social media management or coordination experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• 40+ words/minute typing speed
• Strong desire to learn new technologies.
• Google Suite experience, including Google Docs, preferred
• SAMs or QualManager (Sago systems) experience a plus.
• Decipher or similar programming tool experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in market research.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent market research experience is preferred.
