Job Description

Chapman Tate Associates are working with a global trading platform organisation who are looking for a Delivery Manager with Project Management, SCRUM and Agile experience. The role will be to work globally to stakeholders across their FX trading platforms.

The role will be project management focused and covering various projects in FX trading that will include scrum events, planning, stand-ups and overseeing key agile projects. The project will entail working with SDLC and application software teams globally where you will coach and foster collaboration across your projects.

What you will get involved in:

• Delivering projects in a scrum and agile environment
• Getting involved in events, planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, estimation
• Providing forecast and delivery on sprints and releases
• Providing agile maturity across the team and stakeholders
• Coaching, mentoring and improving scrum methodologies
• Providing status reporting on projects
• Using agile managements tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice to have:

• ·Financial and FX trading markets
• ·Scrum certification (CSM or SMC)
