As a Project Delivery Lead for INDG’s Fashion vertical, you’ll guide teams, partner with clients and make sure ambitious ideas actually get delivered, beautifully and on time.
This role combines leadership, delivery ownership and client partnership. You’ll shape how projects run, how teams collaborate and how clients experience working with INDG. It’s a hands-on role with real impact on quality, speed and long-term client relationships.

What you’ll do
• Lead and grow a team of project managers and coordinators, setting clear expectations and a consistent standards for project delivery across the INDG Fashion vertical.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, scope, budget and quality are aligned from kick-off through final delivery.
• Define, implement and continuously improve project management best practices, tools and workflows that help teams move faster without compromising quality.
• Act as the central connector between CGI, production, technology and client teams, anticipating risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships grounded in transparency and reliability.
• Translate client goals into clear scopes and actionable project plans, providing strategic input that goes beyond execution.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities and help turn them into concrete outcomes.
• Monitor project health and progress closely (resourcing, risks, timelines, and delivery quality) and step in decisively when adjustments are needed.
• Own revenue progress tracking, forecasting and reporting alignment with vertical lead and finance teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the project management team.
