Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project & Customer Relationship Manager with 4–5 years of experience in project management and client engagement to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects while serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. This hybrid role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Engineering Manager to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met.
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication
Partner with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to align on goals and deliverables.
Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Ensure transparency and accountability across all levels of execution.
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Minimum: 5 years in project management, account management, or customer success in a technology/software environment.
Preferred: Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
Education/Qualification:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
