Role Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the launch and delivery of innovative solutions for globally recognized clients.

You’ll help coordinate early-stage projects at the intersection of AI, data, and operational workflows, working with cross-functional teams to organize activities, support solution setup and testing, and ensure projects move smoothly from pilot stages into production.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, working with data and technology, and collaborating across teams to solve real-world problems.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate pilot and early-stage projects from concept through production launch
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational workflows
• Support solution setup, testing, and validation activities
• Analyze project data and workflows to support implementation decisions
• Coordinate communication across Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams
• Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and status reports
• Track risks or blockers and escalate issues when needed
• Support quality checks and operational reviews
• Document processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or data analysis
• Curiosity about technology, AI, and emerging solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Nice to Have:

• Background or experience in healthcare, medical, or health-related environments
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects
• Experience supporting client-facing projects or consulting engagements
• Familiarity with project management tools
