We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (UAE National) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and coordinating resources across different departments.

• Experienced in report formatting
• Experienced in MS Word, excel and PPT
• Experience in CAD
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and document control
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

• UAE National with a family book status is required for this position
• University degree in business administration
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., smartsheet, project dashboard etc.)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
