The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise-level global training initiatives by managing detailed administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate training sessions across global time zones.
• Send meeting invitations and manage calendars.
• Respond to learner inquiries within the client tenant.
• Update RAID logs and maintain documentation.
• Track attendance and compile feedback reports.
• Support trainer readiness and session setup.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Scheduling Accuracy: 100% correct meeting invites and calendar management.
• Response Time: Learner inquiries addressed within SLA (e.g., 24 hours).
• Documentation Quality: RAID logs updated weekly without errors.
• Training Delivery Support: Zero missed logistics for scheduled sessions.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from PM and client managers.
• Compliance: Adherence to enterprise standards for data handling and reporting.
This is a contractor position in the United States with the ability to work from home but may require travel to a client site.
