Infopro Learning is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of learning and content development projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from planning through delivery.

What You’ll Do
Support Project Planning and Coordination
• Assist project managers in coordinating learning and content development projects.
• Maintain project schedules, task trackers, and resource assignments.
• Track milestones and follow up with team members to ensure tasks stay on schedule.
Track Progress and Provide Reporting
• Monitor project progress against timelines and flag risks or delays early.
• Prepare regular status updates and project reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation and files remain organized and up to date.
Coordinate Teams and Communication
• Schedule and support project meetings, reviews, and checkpoints.
• Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on next steps.
• Facilitate communication between designers, developers, subject matter experts, and project managers.
Maintain Documentation and Process Support
• Manage project documentation including timelines, trackers, and project records.
• Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation updates when needed.
• Support PMO processes by maintaining templates, tools, and reporting dashboards.
