ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Coordinator in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil or Kyiv.

About Project
The project focuses on building a middleware solution to integrate the client’s SAP ERP, warehouse, and logistics systems with the government eExcise platform. The goal is to enable secure data exchange, document processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2.5 years of hands-on experience in project management
• Proficient understanding of software development life cycles
• Knowledgeable about project management principles, concepts, and best practices
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, and MS Project
• Exceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational abilities
• Capable of managing multiple small projects concurrently
• Skillful in developing positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct and oversee the development of small projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and resource constraints
• Undertake project management responsibilities on medium to large projects as assigned, contributing to the achievement of project goals
• Serve as a representative of the project manager in designated areas, ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth processes
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project statuses through meetings, correspondence, and status trackers
• Compile summary documents, incorporating contributions from team members
• Monitor internal project team assignments and report progress to the project managerServe as the main point of contact for project information and updates
• Adhere to standardized PMO processes, ensuring alignment with PMO methodology and toolsets throughout the project life cycle
• Lead small to medium sub-projects within established frameworks of scope, costs, time schedule, and resources
