Job Description

NPE-Tech is an established and reputable local company with depots in Palmerston North, Tauranga, New Plymouth, and Hamilton, and is part of the Feisst Group Team, providing exciting growth and career opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Tauranga Team. This is a 12-month fixed term role with a possible extension to a permanent full time role

The opportunity:
NPE-Tech has recently been awarded one of the Customer Delivery Services Contracts in all four of Powerco’ s regions. We are looking for Project Coordinators to support the Delivery team in delivering exceptional, safe, and profitable projects that delight the customers and clients

Some key tasks include:

Be the first point of contact for Powerco and customer enquiries

Scheduling of forward work

Job setup and management in our works management system

Invoicing of completed projects

Procurement

Approval of timesheets for the correct job numbers

Engaging sub-contractors to support work delivery

Obtaining and collating Job pack documentation and preplanning

Supporting the Resource Manager with staff, plant, and equipment compliance

Provide backup support for the wider coordinator team

What we're looking for:

Candidates with

Broad project administration experience with a history of strong customer focus,

Great energy, a multi-tasker with strong self-organisational and prioritising skills

Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

Financial acumen with a high level of accuracy

Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously

Only New Zealand Citizens and Residents Visa holders who reside within New Zealand will be considered
