Our E-Discovery Project Management team is involved in all aspects of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) life cycle, collaborating directly with clients, case teams, and various internal departments to ensure high-quality results. Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is a key member of our Project Management team with a clear pathway to becoming a Project Manager. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, proactive by nature, has a keen interest in evolving technology, and who values teamwork and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Communication: Monitor and manage real-time client communications, collaborating with other internal teams such as Digital Forensics, Data Processing, and Hosting Support. Creative problem-solving and a positive attitude are essential.
• Task Management: Support the team in meeting deadlines, proactively managing workloads, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Learning & Adaptability: Embrace a “learn by doing” environment utilizing sandboxes and test data; participate in a comprehensive training program (includes group classes, 1-on-1 sessions, and video resources).
• Team Collaboration: Engage regularly with colleagues via in-person meetings, messaging apps, video conferencing, and email, leveraging available resources and support.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency. We encourage questions and foster an open environment of collaboration to problem solve.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in STEM, Business Administration, Computer Science
Experience with data analysis
JD/Law degree or legal industry experience
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Visual Basic
Proficient German or Dutch language skills
