About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the central point connecting clients, sales, technical and delivery teams. You will own the coordination and delivery of small to medium‑scale security projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
You will also support purchasing, sales administration and billing activities within the Security team, making this a varied, hands‑on role with real visibility across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage the Security Projects inbox and register new projects in our CRM
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects
• Assign and coordinate internal engineers, consultants and contractors
• Prepare project plans and facilitate project kick‑off and internal review meetings
• Track milestones, timelines and budgets using ConnectWise
• Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and stakeholders
• Run client status meetings, capture actions and follow up outcomes
• Review and quality‑check reports and project documentation before release
• Escalate incidents or risks to the Principal Project Coordinator as required
Resource & Project Coordination
• Coordinate resourcing schedules to ensure efficient delivery
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and clients
• Hold internal project update meetings and track progress
• Ensure all in‑scope deliverables are completed to standard
Billing & Sales Support
• Update and track weekly project billings
• Ensure invoices are raised accurately and on time
• Assist clients with billing queries
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client information
Administration & Support
• Maintain staff biographies and certification records
• Assist with project and ticket setup in ConnectWise
• Support day‑to‑day administration for the Security PMO team
• Stay informed on company products and services
• Manage time effectively with minimal supervision
Requirements:
About You
You are detail‑driven, organised and confident working across multiple projects at once. You communicate clearly, enjoy coordinating people and processes, and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
• 1+ year experience in the IT industry (Project Coordination experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Word (Advanced) and Excel (Intermediate) skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project and ConnectWise
• At least one recognised project management certification
• Additional technical certifications highly regarded
