Nucleus Ventures (NV) is a boutique innovation and venture-building organization with a strong track record in entrepreneurship programs, corporate innovation, and advisory services. Based in Beirut and active across France, the UK, and Cyprus, NV designs and runs incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building programs for startups, corporates, and development partners.

Working through a network of subject matter experts, entrepreneurs, and international partners, NV helps organizations and ecosystems grow by connecting innovation, purpose, and impact — all under the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team and support a strategic client account. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution, strong coordination across teams, and high-quality delivery.

You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking project deliverables, milestones, and action items while acting as the main point of contact for internal follow-ups and cross-functional alignment. You will maintain accurate project plans, dashboards, and documentation, ensuring full visibility on progress.

The role also involves facilitating meetings, documenting clear summaries, and ensuring all tasks are followed through effectively. You will proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays, helping the team stay ahead and maintain momentum. Strong communication with stakeholders in both French and English is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 2–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• PMP, PMI-CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus
