JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator (PC) is directly responsible for document management and assists the Project Manager in all aspects of cost, quality, schedule, and safety. Responsible for assisting the project teams with obtaining, evaluating, coordinating, and distributing the information and authorizations needed to construct projects on time, within budget, safely, and with quality in partnership with the project team. Builds and maintains relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission, and core values. To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The following duties are representative of the job but are not all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience in a related field.
Strong computer skills with excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience in Bluebeam Revu is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of plans and schematics.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Advanced critical thinking and judgment skills.
Ability to work flexible hours is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with document control, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, logs, and reports in Autodesk Build.
Organize and maintain project files, folders, and systems in both physical and digital formats in Autodesk Build.
Support Project Engineer and Project Manager with tracking and logging submittals, RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, field orders, and other construction documentation.
Coordinate the distribution of approved documents to subcontractors and internal teams
Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up items
Help track and assemble project closeout documents including O&Ms, as-builts, warranties, and training materials
Aid in maintaining up-to-date project information in project management systems
Support procurement tracking and delivery verification in collaboration with the team
Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed
Promote and uphold CPPI’s safety culture and core values
Act as a professional representative of CPPI when interacting with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional growth
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of successful project delivery
