Job Description :We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, communication, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects from start to finish
• Maintain project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Support project managers in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and documenting decisions
• Coordinate resources, materials, and logistics for project activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
