What’s the Opportunity?
Anchor QEA is seeking an entry level Project Controls Analyst to join our service-oriented, collaborative Project Management team. We are interested in a candidate that is detail-orientated, is a committed team player, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on a variety of tasks of differing complexities, both independently and in team environments
What Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Beginner to Proficient skills with MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint
Proficient in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Beginner at contract review and amendment; Beginner to Proficient in project financials
1 to 2 years of experience in industry or related field
Bachelor’s degree desired
Proven skills in analyzing and solving problems
Understanding of Project Lifecycle
Excellent time management skills, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing among multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Responsibilities:
Assists with all aspects of the project, including scheduling support; coordination with clients, subcontractors, and project teams; coordination of field logistics; invoicing; deliverables coordination and production; written and verbal correspondence; and project reports, contract management, budget tracking, and forecasting.
Supports Project Manager and project throughout the project lifecycle.
Participates as needed in project meetings in coordination with project manager; track deliverables; update project schedules; and identifies project risks and works to mitigate outcome.
Prepares standard and subconsultant agreements and amendments for clients and subconsultants.
Assists with reviewing the scope statement and create a work breakdown structure.
Assist with monitoring the budget and managing to Estimate at Completion by utilizing Earned Value management.
Analyze monthly burn, identify need for a change order, and initiate change orders according to contract.
Request project setup via SharePoint app and confirms project has been set up correctly in BST using information from contract.
Understands how to pull and read reports from BST to help project manager manage project financials—including project summary, project detail, receivable aging detail, project forecasts, pay when paid, and payable aging.
Coordination with Finance team to resolve billing issues.
Meeting facilitation, meeting notes, and action item tracking.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Salary: $ 52,000 - $ 57,250
Annual Bonus
Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.
Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:

Paid Company and Floating Holidays: 7 paid company and 2 floating holidays annually
Vacation: 2 weeks accrued paid vacation based on length of service. Vacation may vary by level.
