Job Description

Your tasks:
• You take responsibility for project controlling of development projects as well as for facilities and tools at the full-vehicle level
• You create project budgets, forecasts, and actual vs. planned comparisons, and derive actionable recommendations
• You ensure timely capitalization of completed investment projects and act as the central interface to asset accounting
• You are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining project structures and actively contribute your ideas to further develop project controlling
• You analyze project metrics and ensure transparent and target-oriented reporting to management (CTO, COO)
• You support liquidity planning as well as risk and opportunity assessments of projects
• You work closely with divisional controlling and support the monitoring of budgets for government-funded projects

Your profile:
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in project controlling
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, high initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communicator with the ability to present complex matters clearly
• Experience with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Team player mentality and enjoyment in acting as an internal sparring partner, service provider, and source of initiatives
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
