We’re now looking for a Project Controller as the financial backbone of our cloud projects. You ensure that our tech teams can focus on innovation while you keep a firm grip on the numbers.

We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart and Barcelona. Just choose your favorite Zoi city! Travel between our locations is possible.

WHAT YOU DO

• Monitoring & Steering: You take ownership of project controlling for our national and international projects – from budget planning to project closure.

• Sparring Partner: You work closely with our Product Owners and Project Leads, identifying deviations and developing countermeasures together.

• Reporting: You create regular analyses, forecasts, and reports for management and contribute to the optimization of our controlling processes.

• Interface Function: You act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Finance, ensuring that project invoicing runs smoothly.

• Process Evolution: We are growing fast – you help us take our controlling tools to the next level.

WHO YOU ARE

• Background: You have a degree in Business Administration (focus on Finance/Controlling) or a comparable qualification.

• Experience: You have already gained initial or several years of professional experience in (project) controlling, ideally in an IT or consulting environment.

• Analytical Mindset: You love numbers, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with complex project structures.

• Tech Affinity: You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have no fear of exploring new cloud-based tools.

• Communication: You communicate confidently in both German and English – we are an international team (Spanish is a plus).
