About the role
The administrative project assistant role is a great opportunity to gain development within a dynamic and diverse team. Some of the key tasks you will be involved with are:
Supporting project managers in the preparation and execution of clinical trials
Procurement of study materials and office supplies
Support of the departments in the area of shipping and logistics
Support for data maintenance and data collection
Documentation and archiving of study documents
Labelling, dispensing, and administration of study medication
First point of contact for customers and service providers on site and by telephone
General office activities and support of in-house administrative processes
About you
By nature, you are a positive team player, embracing change and flexibility ensuring you are agile to meet the business demands. You are reliable, and ambitious to learn new skills achieving the best you can in support of your team.
Experience and key skills
A completed commercial apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in the pharmaceutical/medical field
Solid knowledge in the use of MS Office programs and openness to deal with webbased platforms
Interest and curiosity to familiarize yourself with new tasks and areas of knowledge
Independent, reliable and bring structure to your tasks
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal, other foreign language skills are an advantage
Customer-oriented, confident and positive appearance as well as open to having fun working in a team
