Job Overview

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the technical execution and management of complex building projects. You will act as the primary bridge between design intent and physical construction, ensuring that all construction documents meet rigorous standards while managing timelines and consultant workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation: Lead the architectural design process and oversee the production of comprehensive technical documentation and project specifications.

Requirements

• Education: Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Project Architect or Senior Designer, specifically on commercial, retail, or institutional project types.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes (IBC/Florida Building Code).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in architectural design and documentation software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam).
