What You’ll Do:

The SC Builders Project Administrator is a critical role within the project team, bringing proactive support and ability to create raving fans externally and internally.

Assist with project setup and maintenance of project records (including but not limited to subcontractor attachments, project logs, assorted project templates)

Meet project requirements as set forth by local ordinances 

Order and distribute drawings

Prepare, email, and log subcontractor contracts and change orders

Request, evaluate, and log all subcontractor insurance certificates

Monitor and update expired insurance certificates

Collect, log, and assemble all project close-out documents

Work closely with Accounting to ensure accuracy of data in Sage

Assist with various office duties as needed; job duties may expand over time depending on needs

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 2+ years of experience handling commercial construction projects, demonstrating proven ability to work under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe X

Sage, ACT!, AutoDesk Build, Bluebeam, and AdobeSign experience is a plus

Possess good analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work with minimal supervision; possess self-discipline with the ability to effectively prioritize

Solid interdepartmental communication skills

Ability to represent company in a professional and positive manner

Salary & Compensation:

$65,000 - $105,000 DOE
