Summit Design + Build is looking for a Part-Time Project Administrator to support our team in Chicago. This role plays an important part in keeping daily operations organized and supporting both our Project Management and Preconstruction teams.

What You Will Do:
As a Project Administrator at Summit, you will:
• Provide administrative support to both the Project Management and Preconstruction teams.
• Assist with project documentation, tracking, and organization.
• Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal project communications.
• Assist with preparing reports, project files, and internal documentation.
• Maintain organized records for project and preconstruction activities.
• Support document control and ensure project files are properly maintained.
• Handle general office correspondence and administrative tasks as needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Prior administrative or project support experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Schedule: Part-Time
Hourly Range: $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
