Position: Project Administrator

Location: Guildford Surrey

Job Type: permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed on interview)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

About the Role:

· Support planning team in all daily scheduling aspects.

· Track progress against established schedules and identifying potential delays or risks to the project team.

· Preparing and distributing reports and updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate records.

· Using various IT and database systems.

· Accepts extra duties as situations arise.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in the water industry is preferred but is not essential.
