The role 

• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for electrical contractors and project teams
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team and our branch network
• Coordinate schedules and timelines, and organise team meetings to keep projects on track
• Communicate proactively with customers to deliver exceptional service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and sales representatives to secure timely pricing
• Conduct site calls and manage deliveries to ensure projects meet our high service standards

About you 

• Experience in electrical wholesaling, lighting, trades or the building/construction industry is highly desirable but not essential
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Outstanding customer service and written/oral communication skills
• A problem-solver who can think creatively and work autonomously
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
