Project Administrator

The Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support day to day business activities of the East Services and Projects Team. This is a permanent role based in our Artarmon office in Sydney. This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills with previous experience in a site admin/mobilisation role ideal.

Requirements:
Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team, including operational field staff and management.
• Flight and Travel Booking
• Project procurement support
• Resource allocation and reporting with planning team.
• Training monitoring
• General filing and record keeping
• Microsoft Word - Advanced
• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate
• Support operational teams with resource allocations, mobilization and demobilisation of project teams in accordance with client requirements and systems.
• Provide one point of contact between operational and recruitment teams to ensure effective sourcing and mobilization of project teams
• Working knowledge of InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems – advantage
