We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our head office in Toronto, ON.
The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:
Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure smooth customer collections
Partner with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure project financial data is precise and up to date
Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities

What You'll Bring:
Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma
Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
A valid state driver's license with access to a vehicle
