Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Rotating Weekends (2 per month: Friday–Sunday)
Compensation & Incentives
• Salary Range: $34.24 – $45.75/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$3.75/hr
• Weekends: +$6.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates relocating 50+ miles)
Advance your nursing career as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate care.
• Serve as a resource for staff through coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Support improved patient outcomes and elevate the patient experience.
• Assist with scheduling, admissions, and discharge processes.
• Monitor and manage a 34-bed PCU treating patients with:
• Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, and pulmonary complications
• Drips: cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, lasix
• Neuro and COVID-related conditions
• Licensure: Active RN license (required)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Experience: Prior Charge Nurse experience (required)
• Certifications:
• BLS – Required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS – Required within 30 days of hire
• NIHSS Stroke Certification – Required within 30 days of hire
